How to compute the tax due from Contract of Service (COS) workers if they avail of the 8% tax rate?

Question: Hello po. May question regarding ITR ng COS employees. If they opt to avail 8% income tax rate, yong computation ng tax due is gross receipt less 250k=taxable income x 8%?
