How much Personal Economic Relief Allowance (PERA) should be given if the employee did not complete one month of service?

Question: One of our employees is retiring on May 8. Magkanu po yung igagrant namin na PERA sa kanya? On a per day basis (5 reporting days from May 4-8) or buo na Php2,000.00? Thank you!
