Sender: Good eve po! May powerpoint slides po ba kayo na may detailed explanation ng process of BIR Registration ng mga JO/COS under NGAs at kung anong Tax Rate ang appropriate sa kanila?
May nagiinsist po kasi sa amin na Zero-Tax po ang JO/COS.

JOs and COS are not under employer- employee relationship so hindi pede ang income tax table.
Because it’s a service, subject un sa 2% wtax..
And because govt are required to withhold taxes, they withheld 1% now falling to percentage taxes..
To available no tax, the Jo and COS nees to file cert of registration
If d po mag exceed ng 250k ang annual not taxable.. pero if mag exceed 2% po..
it depends on the sworn declaration kung pipiliin nila yung graduated or 8% rate.
