Question: Hello po. Paask naman po kung may csc guidelines po ba na “allowable allowance” sa pag pasok ng isang employee para di po sya maconsidered as “late”? hehehe..or dapat 8am talaga at wala talagang grace period? or it would just be an internal guidelines ng office nalang po?😃
then paano po maconsidered as nag “undertime” ang isang employee, if nagout lang po ba sya before 5pm? or what if po kung dumating sya ng 8:35am then nagout nman ng 5pm, late lang ba sya ng 35mins lang? or undertime din sya since di nya nacomplete ang 8hrs? thank you po 😇
