How much DTE can you claim on a one-day travel — 50% or 100%?
Section 5c of Executive Order No. 77 provides that the allowable daily travel expenses (DTE) for travel beyond the 50-kilometer radius from the permanent official station shall be as follows: 100% DTE for the day of arrival at point of destination (regardless of time) and succeeding day/s thereof on official business. 50% DTE for the day of departure for permanent official station (regardless of time) if other than date of arrival. How to measure “50-km radius” per EO 77?
Q: Good pm please hide my identity. I-verify ko lang po. Tama po na hindi makakuha ng per diem kung within 50km ang venue. Pero tama po bang by air sukatin ang distance kahit by land naman ang means of transpo? Kasi wala naman po ako nabasa sa guidelines na by air ang pagsukat ng distance. Salamat po. Anong added benefits sa 3% Philhealth contribution increase?
Q: Masyado na pong mabigat yung 3% na Philhealth, wala naman premiums na mababalik sa atin niyan unlike other insurances , di din 100% yung maavail natin if ever. Wala bang magrereklamo dyan? 😪😢 Please hide my identity Post Views: 511

Renewal of CPA License
Q: Hi! I have a question regarding cpd units for cpa. Nagrenew ako ng license before amendments ng cpd law so i signed an undertaking na to follow ung 120 cpd units for my new renewal then the cpd law was amended, now on my next renewal, do i need to complete the 120 plus the new cpd of 15 units for a total of 135 units? I plan to resign and have no plans of returning back to government service, but I have a loan with GSIS, what should I do?
Q: Hi. Ask ko lang po sa nakakaalam. I have existing conso loan sa GSIS, plano ko na kasi mag-resign and wala na ako plano mag apply ulit sa government. Pano kaya mangyayari sa loan ko?
