Sender: Hello po. An acting Budget Officer with SG 22 who claims RATA, performs duty of a Department Head, renders overtime work and demands for overtime pay. Is this a valid claim?
The person, if not paid, will never render OT and not inclined to be compensated thru Compensatory Time Off.
The predecessor never claimed OT pay whose legal basis was CSC-DBM JC no.1 s. 2015 re: OT guidelines.
