If an employee is receiving #honoraria on a #SpecialProject, can he no longer claim #OvertimePay for workloads other than the those under the Special Project? Good day. This query is for DBM and COA. As per DBM Circular 2007-002 on payment of honorarium, it was stated that claimants of honorarium are not entitled to overtime pay or cto, or vice versa.
