Yes po basically taxable po under regular income tax. Only exemption is hazard pay given to MWEs in high risk areas and of the same nature of working environment.

Meron but i think covered pa rin tayo ng bayanihan law which exempts taxing of hazard pays, Like last year.

Try nyo din po RMO 23-2014, enumerated po doon ang hazard pay to MWE is tax exempt. So, if not MWE ang tatanggap ng hazard pay, it will be taxable.
