CSC-DBM- COA Joint Circular no 001 series of 2020, salary of JO nasa MOOE. Salary increase depends upon the availability of funds.

No legal basis since JO has no employer-employee relationship. It usually takes place once the two parties agreed on whatever amount of compensation stipulated in the contract.
