Pwede Ka Bang Matanggal sa Trabaho Dahil sa Hypertension?

Question: Hi po sana po mapost niyo to, I just got accepted sa isang NGA. Pwede po ba kaya nilang i cancel yung pagkaka hire sakin if ever lumabas sa medical exam ko na may hypertension ako? Gustong gusto ko po kasi talaga yung trabaho na ito.
