Is BIR Form 1905 required for the payment of the first salary of a new permanent employee?

Question: Hello po. Need help po. From being a contractual employee, na permanent po yung employee namin, need pa po ba nyang mag accomplish ng BIR Form 1905 for updating ng kanyang employment status as attachment sa kanyang first salary?
