Kasama ba sa pag-compute ng “Net Take Home Pay” ang PERA at RATA?

PERA lng ang RATA hindi kasi attached sa functions ng nakaupo sa position.

Gross Pay+PERA-allowable deductions=Net take home pay
(exclude RATA)
HINDI NGA KASALI ANG RATA KC IBA ANG PAYROLL NYA. PERO ANG RATA AY ATTACH TO THE POSITION AT PAG PAY DAY AY SABAY NMAN ANG RATA AT SALARY. KUNG TUTUUSIN” NET TAKE HOME PAY” SUMA TOTAL NG MAIUUWING BAYAD SA WORK. AT KUNG ANG RATA AY NAKA ATTACHE SA POSITION, ANG SALARY LESS DEDUCTIONS = PLUS RATA = NET TAKE HOME PAY.
Ang PERA kasama sa payslip, ang RATA nakahiwalay.
Hndi po dahil hndi po fixed salary ang RATA
Bakit po nakahiwalay ang rata?
Kasi po pursuant to the Government Appropriations Acts of FY 2018 (Sec 48), FY 2019 (Sec 50), and FY 2020 (Sec 47), all sections about authorized deductions, state that “In no case shall be foregoing deductions reduce the employees monthly net take home pay to an amount lower than Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00).”
To add, line 3.2.8 of the Manual on Position Classification and Compensation defines Basic Pay as the primary cash compensation for work performed, excluding any other payments, allowances and fringe benefits.
