DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS | Hiring of Private Legal Counsel/Lawyer
Given po na may permission na po from OSG and written concurrence from COA ang isang agency to hire lawyers anu po kaya ang mga supporting documents to be attach sa vouchers for payment ng sahod nila? may specific guidelines po ba or circulars?
The following documents should be attached to the payment of wages:
1. Concurrence from COA;
2. Deputation from OSG;
3. Contract
4. If output based, Certificate of Services Rendered and Accomplishment Report for the applicable period;
5. If time based, DTR and Accom Report.
Subsequent payment of wages need not attach documents from item no. 1 to 3.
