Good day! I just want to ask kung nagbbgay po ba ng breakfast for a travel na balikan (9am departure from office then 5pm arrival to office). The travel is beyond 50km. I think eo 298 is silent on this. Thank you very much. (P.s: pls do not disclose my identity)
Also, is section 339 par. 5 (a to d) still applicable and not in conflict with eo 248 as amended by eo 298? Thank you so much po talaga… — PM
