Me too. . Walang backer. . As long as the position is measured by performance. Makakapasok ka at ma propromote pa. . talo ng sipag at tyaga ang backer. . Hehe. .
Very limited lang kasi ang plantillia position sa government kaya maraming mga contractuals. Kpag nagkaroon ng opening ng item, sila na ang unang pagpipilian dahil nasa loob na sila at kadalasan job description na din nila yung magbubukas na permanent item.
Dami naman nag sasabi dito na need ng backer… di naman lahat, ako nga nakapasok na walang kilalang mataas na tao. Kasabayan sa review sa board oo pero ung sabi na backer? Wala. Nakapasok naman ako. Matagal talaga ung hiring process sa gobyerno un lang.
