Pinakamaganda talaga pumasok ka muna as contract of service or job order. Pag nagkaroon ng opening na swak sa experience mo as cos/jo, saka ka mag apply. Wala akong backer pero nakapasok ako. Yun lang, 3 christmases akong wala kahit cash gift, lalong walang bonuses.
