Halos one year na po Kasi ako simula ng maging regular pero wala pa po ako na update na records sa BIR.
Sinusubukan namin tumawag pero wala po sumasagot, tapos kapag pupuntahan naman po ang RDO,palaging lockdown 😅
Sana po may makatulong kasi may nagsabi po sakin na may penalty daw ako dahil hindi ko agad na update ang records ko. . Salamat!

First po, need mo iclose yung reg as self employed. Form 1905 po plus other docs na proof na end of contract ka. Dalhin mo na rin po yung mga returns na naifile mo sa previous periods as self employed. Medyo mahaba pong process. Need ka maclear sa bir. Since sabi mo po na halos one year ka nang regular, may penalties ka na po sa mga returns niyo na di naifile as self employed. Automatic rin po kc yan sa system nila. 😅 min of 1k compromise per default plus other charges. Once accomplished na po yung closure niyo, dun ka na pwede magregister as employed. Si employer na po magregister sa employees.
