May mga oras na kailangan talaga ang services nila. Are they allowed to render overtime services with corresponding pay? Can we know the legal basis? Thanks.

    Yes, allowed if stipulated in the contract that they were allowed for an extension of service.

    Jo, means pakyawan, meaning fix, unless otherwise may clause sa c0ntract na pde magextend..pero ndi ot ang tawag..
