Question: Good evening po, I would like to ask po if considered po bang double compensation ang situation na to:

Si Doctor po ay permanent sa isang government hospital, then Job Order din po siya sa different government hospital po but not accredited by DOH. Sa understanding ko po kasi ang mga Job Order ay walang employee/employer relationship sa isang agency. Thanks po.
