Pursuant to DBM-CSC Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2017,
Individuals hired through job order shall be paid wages equivalent to the daily wage/s of comparable positions in government and a premium of up to 20% of such wage/salary.
The payment of services shall be charged against the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses in the approved agency budget.
