    Certificate of Employment, hindi pwede dahil walang employer-employee relationship between the two parties. Certificate of Engagement/Service, pwede.

    Payslip, no problem. But as to certificate of employment, that’s not possible on their end. We should bear in mind that there’s no ER-EE relationship between government and COS and JO workers. Thus, they are considered “self-employed”.
