It is not forbidden to have a tattoo but somehow you might be subject to prejudicial treatment. Depende sa culture ng opisina and nung nag iinterview.
Wala pong existing guidelines na naghihinder sa agencies na mag hire ng inked individuals, unless iinclude yun sa internal policy on decorum, which I think will be subtle to none at all since hindi tinotolerate ang discrimination sa government service.
