    Tanong ko din po: Ang mga end users po ba pinapa-attend din po ba ng coa or bir seminars para po alam din nila yong coa n acctg rules n regulations and computations na iinput din sa DV?

    Theoretically, it is the end user. However, merong entries na hindi kayang i provide ni end user. So in practice si Acctg nag prepare sa DV and si Budget sa ORS. Pero may practice din other government agencies na si end user gagawa at lalagyan nalang ng entries ni Acctg at Budget kung ano ang tama.
