Lahat ng JO ang bases po ay contract between the employer and the JO employee kung anong nakasaad at sinasabi na yon ang masusunod kasi my specifications or particular na penermahan
Hello Good morning. Ask ko lang din yung mga may pre-existing ba na sakit during this ECQ are not allowed to go to work? Baka po may basis kayo na isa yun sa recommendation sa pangulo.
May kakilala kasi ako na hindi pinapasok nung nagstart ECQ kaya hindi bayad yung Apr 1-3 nya. Hindi sya pinapasok kasi nga raw may hypertension.

Please check their contracts po. If wages are paid with DAILY rate, it means no pay during holidays. But If paid with MONTHLY rate, they entitled po. In our agency, all of our JO/COS are paid using monthly rates po.
