Ang tanong ko po ay okay lang po ba magprocess ng voucher then issue check kahit suspended work or during holidays and weekends lalo na po ngayong pandemic?? Wala po bang mavaviolate?? 1week na po kasi suspended work namin, then next week suspended po ulit.

    Good morning po. Tanong ko lang po kung dapat bayaran mga JO sa declared non working at mga legal holidays?

    Kapag wala pong Order to render OT or to report to office and If work is suspended, during holidays and weekends, legally, there is suppose to be no transactions or release of any documents or its signing, because “work suspended” nga po or wala pong open na office na tinatawag. However, kung processing lang po ang pag uusapan, meaning the preliminary processes short of signing/approval/issuance of any documents (internal processes), pwede po (eto ung tinatawag nating “over-tawad”, replacement sa overtime, na ginagawa ng karamihan sa ating mga masisipag na kawani ng gobyerno.
    Issuance of check however must be during work days para hindi po ma-question ang authority nung nag sign…
