Hello po Admin! I would like to know the real concept of CONAP (#Continuing #Appropriations).
Saklaw ba sa CONAP ang mga #unobligated expenses na na-incur sa #prior #years?
Example: If may training expenses na na-incur sa 2018, peru hindi na-obligate within the same year, maari ba syang i-obligate sa 2019 gamit ang CONAP?

No. Dapat pag CONAP, mga expenses incurred in current yr lang pede ko icharge jan. Di maicharge mga PY unbooked obligations.

Ang MOOE po e hindi pwede ilagay na continuing appropriations… Specially if the supposed expense was unobligated in 2018 taz 2019 na ngayon, wala sorry ka nalang… All circumstance po yun..
