Inform your HR first. Then upon returning to office, you can file either MC 06/Privilege leave of 3 days (non-deductible sa leave credits) or Forced Leave of 5 days (automatically nababawas sa vacation leave whether gamitin or hindi).
You can file Special Privelege Leave (mourning/burial leave or emergency leave) 3days in a year.not deducted to your leave..
The other days is charge to Sick Leave.

Kahit nga walang patay, pwede ka mag absent. Syempre magsabi sa boss para apruv ang leave mo.
