Closing of Job Order Worker / Contract of Service Worker’s Registration at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Question
Sender: Hi po. So ito na nga po. Job Order/CoS po ako before then na-permanent nung 2021.
Then suddenly, may na-permanent ulit kaming colleague and ang advise sa kanya ay need daw ipa-close yung JO registration sa BIR.
Ang question po is, may penalty po ba talaga na kailangan bayaran for not knowing or being ignorant na may need pala ipa-close sa BIR?
Hindi po ba automatic yun since may tax naman kaming binabayaran na upon maging permanent?
