Sender: Pursuant to COA Cir. No. 2023-004 dated June 14, 2023, requirement for the lst salary is the appointment duly attested by the CSC or its equivalent.
Question: If the appointment is submitted to CSC but not yet attested, what equivalent document can we attach to the claim for lst salary?
