Question: Good evening po! Question po. Can the Accountant issue/sign demand letters po sa mga accountable officers(kasali na ung RD) sa isang Regional Office po? Tungkol po ito sa mga unliquidated cash advances. Ano po pwedeng legal basis just in case pwede.
