Question: Hello po. I need guidance.
Sa mga nagli-liquidate po ng travels / trainings, required po ng COA 2012-001 ang Certificate of Attendance/Participation. Pero silent po ito if original copy or photocopy ang isa-submit (lalo na kung wala pong extra Certificate of Attendance na binigay yung learning provider).
Meron po bang ibang issuance ang COA o other reulatory agencies allowing for the submission of PHOTOCOPY ng Certificates, instead of original? Since nakapangalan naman po sa employee yung certificate, hindi naman sa COA/agency
