    Simple the reasons why we need to comply with the 120 cpd unit is for us Filipino CPA to be qualified to be a member of AICPA that requires to have the said CPD units.

    Ok lang din sana if yung seminar eh may matutunan talaga. Cost-benefit kumbaga. Eh kung para lang sa compliance, balewala din yung CPD. Hindi rin tayo magiging at par with other countries.
