Splitting is when you break into parts the procurement of one whole project. Example the total ABC per APP of office supplies is 1M, instead of procuring it as one procurement, you will instead procure it by parts. One is for 300k, the other is 200k etc.
Do you have procurement division? Din skanla mandate ang contracts management at pool of suppliers.
