Sender: Hi. Good evening! Ask ko lg po sana regarding dun sa salary ng JO. May nababasa po kasi ako na 22 days po ang gagamitin kapag magcompute ng daily rate. Ano po ba ang basis dun?

Sa contract po kasi is monthly nakalagay tapos nung kapag nagcompute na po ng salary 22 days po gamit. Then, nung inaudit ng COA, ang sabi dapat daw po is 30 days ang gamitin.

Kaya gusto ko po sana malaman ano basis ng 22 days. Thank you po!

  1. Why is the rate not fixed in the contract? Daily rate po sila, thus, it shall not be a problem in computation of their monthly salary. Just times the daily rate to their actual work.

    Not unless, what you did was a using a fixee monthly rate divided by actual number working days in each month, which is wrong.

  2. Pag daily rate sa contract
    Daily rate x no. Of days serve minus Tardiness
    Tardiness = (daily rate / 8 hours /60 mins) x no of minutes late.

    Pag monthly rate nasa contract
    Monthly rate minus absences minus tardiness

    Absences = monthly rate / 22 days x no of days absent

    Tardiness = monthly rate / 22 days /8hours/60 mins. X no of minutes late.

  3. I think 22days computation is for regular employees only job orders computed daily it depends on daily rate ang Naka saad sa contract no work no pay, late and undrtime.

  4. If Monday to Friday lang sched of working days. Approximately 22 days po appropriate gamitin for purposes of computing daily wage. U could refer to DOLE guidelines for basis.

  8. Question lang po,bakit po kaya nasa 3rd tranche 2018 pa rin yung ginagamit namin na salary tranche since nasa 2021 na po tayo,
