pero ako as hr, di ko hinahayaan na madelay ang sweldo hanggat maaari .. mapa-permanent man o JO.. maliban nlng kung sa employee ang cause ng delay.. like late submission of dtr and accomplishment report.. 🙂
Sa amin ndi, yun lang talaga ang maganda s amin. Negligence mo na kapag ndi ka nakasweldo on time hehehe like ko na overlooked ko na yung dtr ko sa daming workload hahaha. Meron naman talagang late magpasahod kasi nung nasa LGU ako ng lpc lagi kaming late sumahod, yung 5 at 20 madalas 10 o 25 na. Kaya talagang said kana.
