Select whether you belong to a province/city or a municipality government.
Fully adopt Annex A-1 instead
Item 5.1.1 — any LGU may adopt the ceiling schedule (Special Cities / 1st Class rate) regardless of income class, subject to the PS limitation.
Public Health Worker (PHW)
Item 5.4 — Sanggunian may pay PHWs at the Annex A-1 rate, or a modified % of Annex A-1, separate from other personnel.
Apply a lower uniform percentage
Item 5.1.3(a) / 5.4.2 — if LGU funds are insufficient, the Sanggunian may formulate lower rates at a uniform % of the applicable schedule.
