Sender: Good evening po, ask ko l ang if need pa po ba to post sa PhilGeps ang RFQ for lease of venue for training if the amount is more than 50k? Or, any updates po about lease of real property and venue?

There are only 5 alternative modes of procurement po na need ipost ang RFQ sa PhilGEPS with ABCs above P 50,000 and Lease of Venue and Real Property is NOT one of them po.
However Sec. 54.3 requires that in ALL instances of alternative modes of procurement, ipost po yung award sa PhilGEPS for contracts with ABC above P 50,000.
No need to post the rfq… only the awarding
No need to post the RFQ in philgeps but the posting of award is required.
