Ask ko po sana if may advanced info na po kayo regarding the guidelines from COA on the updated Semi-Expendable Property increase in threshold from 15,000 to 50,000, pursuant to Section 23 of the FY 2022 GAA General Provisions? It has been four (4) months na po kasi since the GAA was enacted and wala pa po guidelines ang COA. Thank you.
