If I may, accounting standards ay COA, budgeting issues in GAA is DBM. Nung ilagay sa GAA, sana coordinated.
Naka conditional veto po ung nasa 2022 GAA General Provisions about sa increase ng threshhold amount for semi-expendable from P15T to P50T. Sa conditional veto, it says that COA needs to issue guidelines for its implementation which is as of now wala balita regarding the needed COA guidelines.
