It would be unwise to re align all savings from different offices to finance the honoraria of BAC members since there are more important programs or projects of the agency that need urgent implementation or completion. Maigi pang sa receipts of bid docs lang ang source para safe. In our usual audit, we just compute the 25 percent of annual basic salary as basis of comparison with the honoraria for the year. Any excess will be dealt with audit disallowance.
Please note also na may maximum din if you are the BAC Chairman, BAC Member, TWG and BAC Secretariat per successful bidding. Baka sa 25% lng kayo magstop.
Per guidelines, the average amount of honoraria per month over one year shall not exceed twenty five percent (25%) of the basic monthly salary. The honoraria, however, shall be paid only upon the successful completion of each procurement.
Pwede naman siguro yun basta macomply yun conditions na ito.
