How much is the PBB of government employees for CY 2023?

Answer

Government employees eligible for the performance-based bonus (PBB) for CY 2023 may receive up to 100% of 65% of their monthly basic salary as of December 31, 2023.

Based IATF AO 25 Memorandum Circular No. 2023-01, government employees eligible for the performance-based bonus (PBB) for CY 2023 may receive the following PBB rates depending on their total PBB scores:

Provided however that eligible government employees must have have rendered at least nine (9) months of service to receive the full rates of PBB, otherwise, the grant shall be on a pro-rata basis.
