[Topic] Is the photocopy of a lost receipt allowed as supporting document for reimbursement of expenses

Question Is the photocopy of a lost receipt allowed as supporting document for reimbursement of expenses? What if nawala ko yung receipt worth 2k+ from a shipping company nung nireceive ko ang office item? Tapos nung nag request ako ng reprinting ng resibo, di nila mareproduce yung original receipt since manual yung pagproduce instead of printing. So bale, photocopy lang natanggap ko. Marerefund pa ba ang na gastos ko sa shipping fee since photocopy lang ang meron ako or hindi na kasi need talaga original receipt? Please provide references po. Thanks GABOTAF! If so, could we compel barangays to comply strictly with this provision considering their limited resources?
