Ang process naman po talaga ng pagbabayad sa supplier ay either LDDAP-ADA pag may LBP account or CHECK pag wala, at si supplier po ang dapat kumuha ng check sa Office ng Cashier for them sign the DV and issue official receipt (OR). Ang question ko po, allowed po ba ako to deposit the check on their behalf? Sender: Hi po! Would just like to clarify about continuing appropriations. Are we allowed to use continuing appropriations to pay prior years expenses that were not obligated last year although the entire transaction transpired last year at wala lang talaga na book up? Example: There were 2020 transactions that were completed and rendered last 2020 kaso wala na obligate at the close of the year 2020 so ngaung 2021 lang i book gamit ang continuing appropriations. Question Sender: Good day. 6 years na po akong JO, plano na pong i-regular ako this year, may budget na at posisyon. Ang problema nagbago ang ihip ng hangin dahil sa personal at political reason, yong baguhan pong (JO) na wala pang isang taon sa trabaho ang ipapalit sa akin dahil bet siya ng appointing authority kasi magagamit daw nila sa election.
