Paano i-compute ang income tax ng isang Job Order (JO) na naging government employee?

QUESTION: Hi po! May mga tanong lang po ako regarding ITR.

I have a penalty since I wasn’t able to file my ITR last year as JO.

It would be of great help if masagot nyo po yung questions ko.

1. Dati po akong nasa private sector (Jan – feb 8, 2019), would I still need to file my income as part of my income tax return? Meron po silang binigay na 2316 form

2. I became a regular employee sa hospital last november 6, 2019. However, the hospital did not update my status kaya sa BIR ang title ko padin ay Job order, would I also include yung income ko as regular sa gagawin kong income tax return including the allowances?
