Question lang po.

Ano effect ng leave without pay for more than 1 month sa benefits/contributions ng employee sa GSIS, Philhealth and PAGIBIG since wala silang remittances for the period na nakaleave sila? Sabi ng HR namin magkakaroon daw ng GAP sa service record.

    Only 4percent of the sic will be deducted to the employee if nag lawop xa no rlip and report to the gsis with the prescribed format

    The AAO of the agency must make a report/online submission to GSIS wt a status of leave w/o pay. Wala nang gap yan.
