The post was about her anger sa accountant namin. Unfair naman yang ganyan, di naman kasalanan ng accountant if super dami ng deficiencies ng documents nila. Bakit parang left alone tayo as accounting professionals when we do not allow a transaction with plenty of deficiencies. Bakit parang tayo ang may mali? diba sila ang may mali?

Di nila alam ang sacrifice ng accountant on every document na pinipirmahan natin. The extended hours in the office to cope up with the documents. Sila walang pirma, tayo and dami.

Sorry but i just felt the urge to rant this out. Unfair kasi for our accountant to be treated this way. Unfair SA LAHAT NG ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONALS to be treated this way. 😔

God will always bless those who are patient, understanding and gentle. For those who are harsh, angered and brutal; peace will be difficult to find. God bless all accounting personnel.

  2. Most employees don’t really understand that our role in the government is to assure and certify that every disbursement to be made should be supported with accurate and complete documents and amounts claimed are proper. At the end of the day, tayo lang dn naman ang maging accountable kay COA if we allow such knowing all the deficiencies. And that is something na hindi nila maintindihan.

That is a common source of friction between the Operations people and the Finance people.
So what we did was to sit them together in a hands-on seminar-workshop so the Operations people will understand where the Finance people are coming from, and Vice versa.
Most of the conceptual issues were resolved. We left them to sort out their personal issues
