In the same manner may issuance na ba about cross dressing? Just curious
as per my research din, there are no existing policy on such matters. But the agency may/may not impose guidelines to cover it.
There is a 2001 issuance but it only supersedes the clause re Filipiniana.
Thisis the latest CSC issuance i can find. Based on #7, it’s dependent on internal policy. I dyed my hair this year and didn’t encounter any problems or pushback from top management, whom I interact with frequently.
