13 yrs From adm aide iv to admin off 1
5 years 9mos, from teacher 1 to school principal 1.
Ive worked less than 4 years before at SG-11 and come to realize na it will take a lifetime para magkaroon nang career movement since nsa 40s plang un mga seniors ko. I left the govt service and take a big leap of faith sa private companies. Nagkaroon ako nang continous promotion and thorough learnings… after almost 12 years… nakabalik na ako uli sa govt service last March and now reaping the fruit of my labor as an Division Chief, OIC… looking back it was a good and successful move… un mga seniors ko nuon… they were still stuck on the same post at SG-15 since I left and kahit un previous boss ko at SG-22 andun pa rin (technically mas mataas npo ako sa kanya)… not to bragged but to inspire that you need to plan for what you want to achieve and work hard to reach those dreams turn it into reality.
Kaka promote ko lang po after 2 years. Basta, tiwala lang and wag masyado isipin ang promotion pag nagtatrabaho, it will just make you feel frustrated. I-enjoy ang learnings and new experience sa work. And tandaan na may purpose ang lahat. Your turn will come rin. ✨
Every year Po hehe 2016 AAI tapos nung 2017 RTA then 2018 AAIII Then 2019 AOIII nag apply Lang Po nang nag apply hehe. Not actually promoted haha prinomote ko Sarili ko. 😂😂😂
