15 yrs adas 1 to ao 1
just 3yrs in service kkapromote lng
5 years and 5 months as Sanitation inspector I (SI I) to Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan I (MGDH-1) @ age 29. Laban lang po and pursue continuing education. 🙂
Sa LGU if filled up lahat ng mandatory position wala promotion unless mabakante (retirement). Or creation of new position LDRRMOfficer IASOfficer)
3 years and still trying hehehe pero tama nga naman, In God’s perfect time. Enjoy your job muna.
