Hi, Lor. As far as the 4-month service requirement is concerned you are eligible to receive Mid Year Bonus. However, there are other conditions that you have to comply in order to be granted the same. yes if the employee has rendered 4 mos of service from july 1 of the immediately preceeding year to may 15 of the current year including leave of absence with pay
